1. Acceptance of terms

By registering or using Bitcox you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Bitcox is an informational and educational analysis platform for financial options. We generate our own derived signals (score, estimated yield, verdict, and delta band) from market data. We are not a broker, we do not execute trades, and we do not redistribute raw market quotes.

3. User accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Extract, copy, or resell the service data, signals, or content in bulk or in an automated way without authorization.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to breach the security or operation of the platform.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. You can subscribe through two channels, and which one you use determines who bills you and who handles refunds:

• In the mobile apps, through an in-app purchase on the Apple App Store or Google Play. In that case the store bills the payment method on your store account, and that store's terms and refund policy govern the transaction.
• On the website (app.bitcox.co), through Stripe as payment processor.

All subscriptions renew automatically. They renew for the same period you contracted unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal is charged within those final 24 hours. The current price and period length are shown before you confirm the purchase.

To cancel: if you subscribed in a mobile app, do it from the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account — deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. If you subscribed on the web, do it from your account at app.bitcox.co. Either way you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you receive a free trial, it converts automatically into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel first, within the same 24-hour window described above.

6. Notifications

With your authorization we may send you notifications (push and/or Telegram) about signals and alerts. You can disable them at any time from your account or your device settings.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design, and the content generated by Bitcox are protected by intellectual property rights. You acquire no rights other than personal use of the service under these terms.

8. Not financial advice

Bitcox content is strictly informational and educational and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a personalized recommendation. Trading options involves high risk and you may lose all of your capital. Investment decisions and their consequences are solely yours; always verify data and prices in your own broker before trading.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, results, or profitability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitcox shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from use of the service or from investment decisions based on its content.

10. Service availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any of its features at any time. We will try to give notice of material changes where reasonable.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States of America, without prejudice to the consumer rights you may have in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the current version with its last-updated date on this page.
